CONGRATULATION'S to the Los Angeles Lakers for winning the championship, I said it!!! Sorry still don't think they deserved it.  It's not that I am a sore loser, it's just that if you were watching the game you would have seen that we were cheated out of a championship.  I know all the Lakers Fans are not going to like what I just said but, guess what, I said it!  So Kobe stop running around bragging about a 5th Title because the 5th one truly belong to the CELTICS!! After watching that game Thursday, I really needed to hit the basketball court with my camera to remind me why I LOVE THIS GAME.  It didn't take me long, I was only on the court for a few minutes before I being to snap away.  Looking threw my lens I was able to see future NBA and WNBA stars in the making.  Guy's with a love for the game that they possible once play but, for some reason there dreams of playing college or pro ball didn't come true.  Whatever the case was, on this Friday evening when the sun was just about to set, the basketball court was packed and none of that matter.
It was all about B-A-S-K-E-T-B-A-L-L!!

JUST PLAY.  HAVE FUN.  ENJOY THE GAME
           - the world greatest player Michael Jordan's quote

Watching this young man, was so exciting as he shows the other guy how he could dunk with his cast on.

The lesson of how it's done, young ones.

Taylor 16 years old from North Carolina, was visiting her father for the summer shows these guys how she does it on the court.  She plans to play college ball at Tennessee, GOOD CHOICE!! Watch out for Taylor in the WNBA.

Terrell 16, standing 6'2, attends Norcross High School where he is a shooting guard for his basketball team.  He plans to play college and professional basketball in the future.  Terrell was so excited to see his team the LAKERS win and become the 2010 Champs and gain their 5th Title.

Just like any other sport, basketball brings competition to the court.   Every good game will bring some TRASH TALKING, you can be sure of that.

YOU CAN ALSO BE SURE HE WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEK!!!!
GOT LOVE THIS GAME!

CLICK, CLICK!!!! SNAP!!! FREEZE!!!
With the click of my camera and the snaps of my shutter, I am able to freeze a beautiful moment in time.
On yesterday, I went for an enjoyable journey to my local pool to cool off.  While I embrace the moment of the sun, water and shade of my umbrella, I froze some moments in time.  Take a LOOK at all the many moments I was able to freeze threw my lens.

The beginning of a new friendship, a memory two young girls will forever cherish.

The excitement that awaits a young man heading off to college at UTI in the fall.  With his aspiring dreams to become a rap artists in the future.  Malcolm enjoys his summer as a lifeguard for which he has had the privilege of, for the last five years.

The smiles of little ones, who are able to swim as their parents watch.  Fully equip with all their little swimming gear ( goggles and arm floats) and so much excitement of feeling like a big kid they scream out to Mommy and Daddy, "LOOK, I CAN SWIM!!! I CAN SWIM!!!".

The fashion statement that little 5 years old Alanea (soon to be 6 in three days, don't let me forget!!) makes with her fashionable blue and white polka dot hat, with a touch of a yellow ribbon running threw.

The empty lifeguard post that awaits a young teenager, who will keep an eye on all the young and young at heart enjoying, relaxing and having a fun day at the pool.

Living Life Expressions

well this is my next door neighbors cat, that for some reason has decide to call my home hers..  when i look threw my lens i look deep into her eyes and wonder why is it she has chosen my home out of all the homes to make hers. is it a since of nurturing she is longing for, since it seem that my neighbors  keep throwing her out the house every time i look around. it doesn't help that they do not speak any English at all so, unfortunately even if i wanted to help her i couldn't. as i look back into her eyes with my lens i keep trying to tell her, " this is not the door step you really want to make your home"(guess it's since i am not a cat person at all).  so far she has not listen to me at all and the other night while i was barbecuing guess who decide to pay me a visit. you guess right, Little Miss Thang  came right on inside my home for a nice visit with me!!! the other day i found my other half putting out milk for her, the nerve of him...lol. as the days go by i have found myself  no longer asking what is it that she sees threw her eyes (her lens)?  BECAUSE HE HAS GIVING Little Miss Thang a home, so threw her lens she see LOVE....
